This 4" Buckle has been redesigned. The new design Incorporates a keyhole opening similar to its larger 6" and 8" brothers. This keyhole will install overtop of most 2" and 2 5/16" trailer balls to provide a secure winching point.

The 4" buckle and pin is designed primarily to be used with the Cruse Loop Recovery Strap as a multi-purpose strap shortening device. A versatile recovery tool that is made of high strength machined aluminum and provides adjustment of straps to a precise length. It also serves as a load equalizer and floating shackle when winching. Tailboard transformer comes included.
